"This one is for Angela...I have auto insurance through State Farm and David is my agent. I contacted him to add home insurance to my policy. I needed almost immediate coverage as my current policy was not being renewed through the company I had used for 20+ years. David told me Angela in his office would handle it, and handle it she did! After a quick response from David, I got a follow-up email from Angela. She was knowledgeable and made the process stress-free for me. Angela made sure I had a quote to review the same day even though it meant her staying in the office until late that night. The quote was $60 cheaper than my current one and $400 cheaper than the replacement quote that was sent to me to transfer my coverage through the other insurance company. To top that off I get a discount off my auto policies for having auto and home policies with State Farm now. So, Angela, it's not the same as a plate of home baked cookies, but I hope you know how much I appreciate your help and making something that could have been a hair-pulling moment into a sigh of relief."
